- Working at STEALTH
We strive to create a culture that is fun, inclusive, and consistently providing opportunities for improvement.
We always work to achieve our goal of becoming a well-loved global leader in the industry.

Current Opportunities
STEALTH Media isn’t just looking for someone to push pixels. We’re looking for a design artiste to help us redefine the visual landscape of what is available in the Prairies. STEALTH is a dominant marketing force on an aggressive growth trajectory, and we’re ready to secure a missing piece of our creative engine. We want a designer who can hold our attention that micro-moment longer than most do, creating a cerebral delay (that sticky moment), and then makes us smile as we realize their talent in real-time.
Whether you’re architecting a high-fidelity UI in Figma on a Tuesday or reimagining a brand’s entire visual DNA in Illustrator just before the weekend, we want you to thrive in a space where precision meets raw creativity. We’re building a culture of people who genuinely love the “blank canvas” phase, and own the technical chops to turn what-ifs into WOW.
ABOUT STEALTH MEDIA
We’re architects of brand stories. Backed by Axon Development Corporation, STEALTH Media is an award-winning playground for designers, developers, creatives, and strategists. Founded in 2006 and having gained serious momentum since 2018, our work spans local legends to international players across Canada and the U.S.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We want more than a safe-choice designer. We want a multi-disciplinary alchemist. One week, you’re deep in the trenches obsessing over user journeys and the micro-interactions they’ll experience. The next, you’re layout-deep in an avant-garde editorial piece, or crafting a logo from scratch with a brand bible that needs to look as good on a billboard as it does on a pitch deck.
We want someone who resists the “template” life and treats every project like a portfolio piece. If you have a sharp eye for the tiny details that others miss, but you never lose sight of the big-picture strategy, then we want you to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Lead Designer, Emanuel, and the entire STEALTH team, to elevate our client work from “standard” to “insert-your-word-here”.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work across multiple design disciplines, including UI/UX, branding, print, editorial, social media, and email campaigns
- Design projects from concept to final delivery, aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer, Copywriters, and Developers
- Contribute ideas, share feedback, and collaborate with the design team to continuously raise the quality of work
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep client work fresh and competitive
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and refined visual taste
- Solid foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and colour
- Experience translating wireframes into polished UI designs
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback from clients and the Lead Designer
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership beyond assigned tasks
- Collaborative mindset with a teachable attitude, open to learning and sharing knowledge with the team
- Ability to leverage AI tools as part of a modern design workflow
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interactive Design, Graphic Communications/Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
- A relevant post-graduate degree, diploma or certificate is an asset.
SALARY
Negotiable based on experience & demonstrated competencies.

STEALTH Media is no longer the “best-kept secret” in Saskatchewan. We are a dominant marketing force on an aggressive growth trajectory. We are looking to secure a missing piece of the puzzle: a photo-video creative capable of making magic happen, even if that means putting on a Rokoko motion capture suit to help our animator create something from nothing in our high-end studio space.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
We want more than just a passionate photographer(15%)/videographer(85%). One month it might be a short film. The next – a slew of social media vertical content. Then an above-the-line 30s commercial for broadcast.
We want someone who resists going on auto-pilot, takes manual control, and brings out-of-the-box thinking and a more creative take to every project we do. We also want to give you the freedom to shake up expectations when things start to feel ‘same-old’. We capture all kinds of video content and we want someone who understands how to shoot for multiple channels, and who can shoot in various styles. Think David Fincher vs. Terrence Malick vs. Yasujirō Ozu vs. Paul Greengrass.
